Curry, Green, Buck's Fifth Avenue Spices - 1/2 cup, about 2.0 oz by weight

This Green Curry doesn't get it's dark color from green chiles like the traditional ones.  We decided to have dried cilantro as our base and layer on top the strong flavors of garlic, toasted onion and cumin.  Add the savory sweet chili and bold clove and you get this unique house blended curry that you will get nowhere else!

Our house made green curry is a blend of cilantro, coriander, black pepper, garlic flake, toasted onion, cumin seed, sweet chili flake and clove.
